How do i pay?
Payment is taken at the time of booking using our online booking tool which accepts all major debit and credit cards.
We are not able to accept cash payments.
Bespoke, personalised and customised bookings are payable upon receipt of invoice. Unfortunately, our online booking system does not facilitate out of hours, extended, and bespoke bookings.
Can i make a provisional booking?
No, unfortunately not. Bookings must be made online and paid for at the time of booking. See cancellation policy below for information on cancelling or amending a booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
For all studio hire and any other use of the Spirelight Studios:
All cancellations must be done by sending an email to info@spirelightstudios.com
Bookings cancelled up to 1 month prior to the booking date will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled up to two weeks before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled up to 72 hours before the booking time will receive a 25% refund.
Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will NOT be eligible for a refund.
For example:
A booking cancelled two days before would receive a 0% refund.
A booking cancelled four days before would receive a 25% refund.
A booking cancelled fifteen days before would receive a 50% refund.
A booking cancelled more than a calendar month before would receive a 100% refund.
How far in advance can I book?
As far in advance as you like! We also accept last minute bookings when we can. Just drop an email or send us a Whatsapp!
Online bookings can be made up to 12 hours before.
Can I access the studio early to set up?
Unfortunately, no. You will need to pay for the extra time. If you need extra time to set up/take down, we recommend including this in your booking.
We ask all clients to please be courteous of each other and run to time.
If you run more than 5 minutes past your booking time, you will be charged a fine of £60.
What are Peak and Off Peak Times?
Peak time is after 5pm Monday to Friday, and, all day Saturday and Sunday.
Off peak times are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm.
What are the hours I have the space for if I have made a daily booking?
A Daily Booking runs from 9 am until 5 pm and is available Monday to Friday.
