Spirelight Studios offers a vibrant, supportive environment designed to spark creativity and help artists and makers thrive. We have a selection of private rentable studios available on rolling monthly licenses, or longer if you require, giving you the freedom and security to focus on your creative practice.
The studios are perfect for a wide variety of creative practices from painting, sculpture, and photography to pottery, taxidermy, woodworking, fashion design, and more.
Whether you're an artist, designer, or craftsperson, you’ll find space here to explore, make, and grow, all within an inspiring environment.
Our prices are all-inclusive covering all utilities, service charges and business rates, there’s no hidden costs or extra admin.

Spirelight Studio Residencies
All of our residency studios at Spirelight Studios are available to rent on a monthly basis, with a single, all-inclusive price. This covers all utilities, service charges and business rates, so there are no hidden costs or extra admin.
Each studio is a private, lockable space, designed to give you the freedom and security to focus on your creative practice. Residents also enjoy access to a range of communal facilities, including: A shared kitchen, Toilets and changing areas, Outdoor space and Inspiring common areas exclusively available to long-term renters.
In addition, residents benefit from first approach booking on all teaching and workshop spaces at the start of each term. Perfect for bigger projects or group work.
